  Multiple websites said open till 11. Called at 9:55pm to double check before driving over. After almost a full minute of ringing, someone answered and very quickly said "thanks for calling, we're closed". When I said that the advertised close time was 11, they quickly hung up.

  Apparently they don't know how to read (or cook) at this location. I internet ordered a pizza and they put the wrong ingredients on it, and it ended up being burnt. My wife picked it up on the way home from work and they refused to deliver a correct pizza despite it being their error. I like papa johns but avoid this particular franchise location.

  Called in to order 2 pizzas for pickup at 5:30. When I got there, they didn't have my pizzas or any record of my order like my name or phone number. No apology, no help. When I got home, I double-checked the number. It was totally their error. I'm pretty sure they quoted me the wrong price too... I was planning on asking about it when I picked up the pizzas. But that proved to be a non-issue when there was nothing to pay for. It was my first time ordering from this location and definitely my last.
